Our firm is a structural engineering firm registered in the state of Texas.  The projects we have completed are comprised of education facilities, industrial facilities, light commercial, large residential projects, and municipal buildings.

Randy L. Cooper, P.E. (Principal)

Certification: Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas since 1980

Education: Texas A&M University, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, 1975, Texas A &M University, Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering, 1976

Randy began his firm in 1985 after having worked for 10 years for an established structural engineering firm.  He is the sole-proprietor and has had full ownership of the firm from its inception.

Randy is directly involved in the structural design, analysis and implementation of all projects the firm has procured, so his experience is seen in the diversity of projects accomplished by the firm.  His goal is to provide practical and sensible solutions to building structures.  High quality contract documents, good communication, and construction administration are the focus of his attention for every project.
